Development plans are great, and I'm happy to read you're posting something along those lines since it means there are intentions to keep the service going. But before talking about templates and additional features, I think it would be good to focus on making the service more stable (fewer extended, unexplained outages would be nice) and returning unavailable features (such as payments -- I'd like to be a happy, paying customer again, as I was before).
I agree with railbird - I would happily pay a fee if it meant restoring the reliability of the service.
