After suffering for 10 days without any response from the Customer Support or whatever you call it, I am cancelling my so called Premium subscription. It's not worth the nerves I am wasting to try getting in touch with somebody who may not even exist. My feed was a total mess for 2 days around Christmas, then got even worse before New Year and then was stuck for 60 hours after the 1-st January. I am quitting. Wish luck and Happy New Year to everybody else.

we are sorry for the inconvenience, but according to FI support agreement all requests from Premium users should be sent to FI contact e-mail. In this case we always provide necessary support within 2 working days. Considering you submitted your problem to FI Forum, the support was not received in the way you had expected.
Still if you change your mind and decide to continue using FI, we would be glad to offer you one more year of Premium account subscription absolutely free of charge.
