   Is there a way to adjust the height and width of the box?

   For the templates of type 'Flash' you can adjust height and width of the box.
   For 'Flash (legacy)' templates you can't do this.

   How do i reset the width and height of the flash(legacy) template ?

   You use any Flash legacy template as it is. If you need to set your own dimensions, please, use New Flash design.
