I paid this afternoon for logo removal (9/28/09) but it has not been removed. How long does it take to remove the text logo? I thought the price was $50. but I was charged $58.45. Can you credit the $8.45? I kept removing some "download" file but it kept coming back in the shopping cart. Is th $50 for one website or is it unlimited?
Pleae advise asap...I need to get my new website up but I do NOT want the logo showing.

The FI logo from your digest is now removed. But the $8.45 payment you made has gone to Regnow, you should adress their support service about it. $50 charge is for FI logo removal from one digest.
I have the same problem. I sent an email to customercare@vicman.net (I'm assuming this is the fulfillment company) as well as sending a message through the contact form on Feed Informer. I haven't seen a resolution to this issue yet. I have a site that I'm using this feed on that needs to be up before the holidays. Please help.
