   Hello FI team,

   We have been a vivid users of your services. We've implemented several feeds with some high-traffic websites of our clients. Yesterday and today, two of our clients complained about the load-times of the pages that contain FI generated feeds. The pages sometimes take up to 15 seconds to load -or- display a PHP error (we use PHP includes).

   Please advice if FI plans to solve the page load times problems soonest. Any suggestions on how to go about avoiding the page load times in the meanwhile?

   They're not updating. I guess it's just running on cached data.

   Just chiming in as another user with feeds that have failed to update in the past 18-24 hours. An update on the situation would be appreciated, as would some definite news about when it will be possible to begin paying for accounts again (yes, pay -- this is a valuable service that I've used for more than two years on multiple sites and I would very much like to continue using it as a paid customer). Thanks.

    I am sorry but the feed is not working at all. Check my site http://www.kafene.net, pls. Everything is frozen since 13/01 and that's a news website. Can u imagine how do we look?!

    Hello, hello, is anyone from Feed Informer paying attention? Can we get word about what's happening, what the problem is, when it'll be resolved? I'm heading into day two of dead feeds and feeling more than a little aggravated.

    I created a new digest at 12:30 PM Eastern. It has all current info but all existing digests have not been updated.

    Re-saved a few of my digests and they have updated. Yippee!!
