I've had over a week of slow loading feeds but also small chunks of downtime.
This is the worst I've seen since I've joined and I'm getting ready to launch a project that relies greatly on your service.
That worries me,

It's loading slow for me again as well. Terrible slowness right now. Can we get a full explanation of what's going on and what you intend to do about it, please? This is close to becoming intolerable.
