All my Google news feeds are broken. These worked great until recently. While the digest displays properly, the URL links generated (or most of them) include the site URL preceding the actual anchor link URL. Of course this doesn't work at all. The strange thing is a few of the links do work. Help anyone please.

Can you give me a link to your digest or where you're using the digest? I need to see a live one so I can investigate and fix :)

What I see are links like this: http://definitigroup.com/%22http://www.google.com/news/url?sa=T&ct=us/0-0&fd=R&url=http://toledoblade.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article%3FAID%3D/....
See problem with the first part. I get the same effect when I test it directly from your site's Control Panel. This worked fine before - something's changed.....thanks, Doug

I've had a look, and it seems to be something to do with your template editing on those digests. Go back and edit your digests and select a default template, and it should all work. Then set about making tweaks again. The problem is that you have " entities surrounding %URL% rather than actual quotation marks. This makes the HTML invalid when displayed on your site.

You also have sections in your template where attributes start but have no values. You might want to fix those too.

It appears this might have also been related to another bug at our end which was fixed yesterday. Your page now seems to work okay so I'm closing this thread. Please do open a new one if you have more problems though :)
