   I'm totally green with HTML. I use Freeway to build my site on Mac. I can create a link to the feed, but don't understand where to "copy the code" into HTML. Help! :-o

   I'm not familiar with that program, but you should have an area within it that lets you edit the raw HTML or "source" of your page that you're working on. Either that, or it will have some way to add "JavaScript" to the page.
