   I tryed using the info from the FAQ page but its not working for me...
   Im useing the Javascript format. I beleive i was putting the target="_blank" in the right spot.

   Hi workhorse,

   please make sure you have made the following changes in Per-Item Template (located in Digest Design --> Edit template HTML manually):
   replace <a href="%URL%">%TITLE%</a>
   with <a target="_blank" href="%URL%">%TITLE%</a>

   If the trouble still exists please provide us with the code from the Per-Item Template field. You are free to submit it here or use Feed Informer contact form.
