I have some feeds working properly (such as this one MOYQZDXSNJ) and others not displaying at all (like this one (LSQKQZTD4U). Is the problem you're working only affecting some feeds?
I see the feeds are back up, but there seems to be something wrong with the feed for foreign languages. I still have the tag:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
but the feed is coming in all messed up unlike before...

This issue still has not been resolved for me. I have not made any changes to the website, but after the New Years maintenance, all the foreign language posts from my FI digest show up like this:

The characters don't show properly. The correct meta tag for foreign languages is in my header (unchanged from before).

Also, when I use the option to look at the feed from FI on "Display in a Pop-up Window", it also shows up like ±ÂÃ¥ÂÂçÂÂÃ¥ÂÂæ³ ï¼ÂæÂÂ认为æÂÂç¬Âå¿ÂÃ¥ÂÂä¸Â好＠..
So I think the problem is starting with FI, like after the New Years maintenance, code to show foreign languages properly was forgotten.

No it isn't OK. The feed is stuck since the morning of 1 January. And now it's 14.50 GMT.
