Hello! Feed ref. APXN6GDYWU had been working fine for 2 years but yesterday many of its RSS feed sources were not updated and Informer warned: "Update failed on May 31, 2020 at 09:19 UTC. Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates." This warning has suddenly appeared simultaneously for RRS feeds sourced from several different organisations, so it would appear to be a Feed.Informer server issue. Maybe outdated peer certificates that need updating? Hoping this can be fixed quite easily (and quickly)? Many thanks, Ted & Jemima

have you solved this problem ?

Hello! Identical problem returns more than one year later, affecting feeds from dozens of different sources for more than a week now. Then, after 100+ failed attempts to update, each RSS feed is automatically disabled ... and has to be reset manually, only to find that the original issue has not yet been resolved. Very frustrating. Whatever the admin did a year ago, please can they do the same again. Many thanks, Ted & Jemima

Same problem here!

Thanks a lot for your engagement! We are already aware of the problem with feeds, which happened, because many feeds use the let's encrypt SSL certificate, which ceased to be valid on October 1, 2021, on devices with an old certificate store. We are updating the software to start updating these feeds again.

It seems like your feed sources are encountering an issue with certificate authentication, resulting in the "Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates" error. To resolve this, consider checking and updating the CA certificates associated with your feed sources. It's crucial to ensure secure and authenticated connections for reliable updates.Top Follow
