   Hi. I am interested in making a feed like this one: http://feed.informer.com/share/NXXAAWDRVO (although I will make it narrower, around 400px wide, and remove dates).

   This is my source feed: http://www.cityoflafayette.com/support/newsflash7.xml

   The problem is, the source feed uses an enclosure tag so neither %FIRSTIMAGEFROMDESCRIPTION% or %FIRSTIMAGEFROMCONTENT% template tags seem to work; so, when I have tried to adapt the code from the above feed, it doesn't work.

   If I just use the templates provided, the only one where the image shows is the Flickr slide feed.

   In the example feed, http://feed.informer.com/share/NXXAAWDRVO, I like that the images are displaying as thumbnails, and I like the presence of the scrollbar. I think if I can get that basic style to work, then I can figure out how to modify other aspects of the appearance.

   I appreciate your help! I am down to the wire in trying to decided whether to embed feed.informer or use a different feed service that is easier for me to style but doesn't show pictures either!

   It can be done, please take a look at this:
   http://feed.informer.com/share/EXH2QXRCOA

   All I've done is replace this part of per-item template code:
   %FIRSTIMAGEFROMDESCRIPTION%
   with this:
   <img src="%ENCLOSUREURL%" class="feed_informer_first_image" />

   The only problem arises when an item has no enclosure.

   The scrollbar is not a part of the original widget, but it also can be done easily by wrapping your widget into container DIV with CSS property "overflow" set to "scroll" (more about it: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_pos_overflow.asp ).
