   Youtube RSS Url: http://www.youtube.com/rss/user/rkirksnurb/videos.rss
   Blogger RSS URL: http://real-estate-investment-commentary.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss

   Hi,
   both feeds do not validate. You can look into the problems via the tool we use to check the feeds on our side: http://feedvalidator.org/
   Hope it will be of help.
