   Hi!

   We had an error in our feed because we used the "excerpt" feature on our wordpress and it double posted the images. You can see it if you scroll to the middle of the page here:

   http://www.shastaortho.com/

   We removed the excerpts yesterday over 24 hours ago, and the feed has still note updated. Is there a way to trigger an update?
