   It's been a year since we changed the design of Feed Informer web site. We hope that you have been enjoing using our service. Still there is always room for improvement.

   We are about to make some changes to our service and we have got plenty of them in mind. Considering our main aim is to meet your needs, we will appreciate it if you will help us to reveal things you think we need to add, change or make better. You are not limited to anything here so share your opinion about features you think Feed Informer lacks, bugs to fix, ways of making interface more convenient for you, etc.

   Though we are not likely to put your ideas into life at once, we will bear them in mind for future development. Please feel free to give your feedback here.

   How about a sort of hard refresh so that if we make changes to the html of the digest we can see what it looks like on our website right away. The way it is now it takes too long to update and hampers workflow.

   I would like to see the feeds and feed.informer links open in a new window. I see from the faq's this is supposed to work with the target="_blank" code but it does not for me.

   I would like a way to limit the image sizes that can be displayed in a feed - like, no images larger than 400px in either dimension. Or automatic resizing.

   is it possible to add option for Output Encoding like windows-1250? I use digest in Slovakia and I have a problem with encoding, because Slovak language use a special characters (diacritics). Used encoding options is not work good now. In past it works, but not now. I try change to ISO-8859-2 (East Europe/Latin2), but not good enough. Thank you so much. My Digest ID is DMNXJ1WTNS.

   as far as we can see, special characters (diacritics) are displayed properly in your digest with UTF-8 encoding. Could you please specify what digest format you are using (html, flash, picture, etc) and provide your URL of a web page with the digest (you can use our contact form if you do not want to reveal the data).

   I use flash format of digest with ID DMNXJ1WTNS.
   At present it is at this URL http://ibasket.yw.sk/?news,105
   Some of rss sources are used charset: windows-1250 and some of sources used charset: utf-8

    unfortunately, many encoding options are not supported in flash digests currently. We are still working on the issue and suggest using HTML code to get your digest shown properly until the problem is solved.

    Also.. regular blog entries again so users feel this website isn't viewed as I second thought to the companies other projects, especially as the product is good.

    The main thing is making it reliable. At the moment it can take days before digests update to show the latest feed items, that shouldn't be the case as it makes the service pointless (and there's plenty of competition). It needs to update more often, realtime would be nice, failing that hourly. Also, a way to force a refresh would be good to.

    I know if the users demand for faster refresh rate.. it can be expensive to maintain the server. Why not come up with premium service that does that?

    The Hard Refresh would definitely prove to be a time saver.
