My post just isnt updating. Sometimes I can trick it to update by logining into this site and 'pretending ' to change something then saving, but even that isnt working now, whats up with it?

Hi! My feed is not updating whatsoever. My digest number is DGZHWV39XR. Why is this such a common problem? I don't want to have to ask for help every time I update my blog.
