Hi everybody,
having Premium account gives you guaranteed and timely support via ticket system.
We really should have added this question to our FAQ, sorry for inconvenience.Posted 13 years ago # -
BTW,
I want to remind all Premium account owners that, in order to get support in timely fashion, you have to direct your requests only to email address you were provided with, don't post them on the forums.Posted 13 years ago # -
How quickly does support respond to a ticket?

I am going to try out the free version until I get the hang of it and then upgrade, is this the approach most newbs use?

Yes I agree, I will stick with the free version until I found out more about the benefits of a premium membership but so far so good.

Free is always best for starters. To move to paid there would have to be lots of functionality included.
