User account policies to be changed

As we announced before, on Monday, July 01 we launch a new version of Feed Informer.

Among other things we introduce new, stricter rules for user accounts.

Starting Monday:

1. It will be mandatory for every user to have a working email address associated with the Feed Informer account.
2. Each account should be associated with a unique email address.

Previously our policies didn't require entering your email, and it led to serious problems for users who lost their passwords and could not access their Feed Informer accounts.

Therefore we urge you to update your account records accordingly right away.

Even if you won’t specify your email address you will be able to access your account later but it may require lengthy and unnecessary communication with our support team.
