The formatting was destroyed. To be honest, the best solution was the first one posted, to use a DIV instead of IFRAMEing it.
In the other case, you need to add target="_top" into the A tag. If I write the actual code here, it turns it into a real link, unfortunately. With lots of spaces to prevent this, kinda like so:
< a href="%URL%" target="_top">%TITLE% < / a >
Also refer to some of the other forum posts about making posts open in new windows which also have solutions, although instead of using _new, you'd use _top.
