Dear themadspani,

we believe most of our users have a normal business week and we try to provide access to Feed Informer control panel from Monday till Friday. That is the reason we usually perform maintenance on weekends.

By the way in spite of your inability to enter the account, your digests keep working and updating. We hope it is a good thing to know. :)

Sunday is the only day I can work on this and your service has been down all day.

I appreciate it's free, and I appreciate you have to do maintenance, but this is truely crap and as a result I am not going to use the service any longer.

I've spent more time staring at the gramatically incorrect 'please excuse the drop in service' message than I have actually doing anything.

Screw that!

You need to work on your flash style.... I've been running 4 digests( wanted 1) for days now, and suddenly one doesn't show anything!! This is the same problem that made me use 4 separate digests instead of one, seems that certain sites crash your flash MSNBC ,WYFF...etc. Check it out http://www.coolcoversonline.com the digest currently not working is 73XHEP0KHW. Thanks in advance for your efforts to correct this problem, big blank spots on a website look very un-professional, and I guarantee inhibit visitors from even considering purchasing services from that site.

Yeah I agree. Improve the site's design and make the different navigation tools in the site more obvious.

the only feedback I have for FI is please update your FAQ's to reflect your most current membership levels, logo removal and details on the time periods for these options (ie: monthly, yearly, lifetime)

It works in the similar style for Flickr, in which it only displays thumbnails & related links, with NO description whatsoever. You can see the difference when running a digest that pulls pictures from Flickr versus ones that pull videos from YouTube, using the same tag for templates.

1./ Please create a sample digest & name it Pix Test
Enter the following tag in the template: (substitute the characters '[' & ']' with '<' & '>' respectively
[a href="%URL%"><img src="%ENCLOSUREURL%" width=200 border=0 /></a]

Enter the following RSS:
http://www.flickr.com/services/feeds/photos_public.gne?tags=China&format=rss_200

we have tried to add 2 of the feeds mentioned:

Both digests work properly. If you still experience difficulties, please give us more details.

YouTube has just been upgraded, and it throws FI's tags off.

The following tag used to work:

None of my feeds are updating, and haven't since December 31st.
