			<description><![CDATA[<p>My feeds have not updated in several hours?  </p>
<p>What's the point of having FI if the feeds don't update?  They won't even update when I try to "force" an update with the <a href="http://app.feeddigest.com/update/xxxxxx" rel="nofollow">http://app.feeddigest.com/update/xxxxxx</a>  method.  </p>
<p>This situation has just gone on too long.
