			<description><![CDATA[<p>Several feeds are down, again, and we are, again, directed to visit the forum, where, again, there is no ETA posted or explanation as to why the new outage.  Didn't anyone learn from the last experience?</p>
<p>FWIW, here is a general rule you might want to consider: Every relationship in the world, be it personal or business or anything else, is founded upon one simple thing:  communication.  Communication is the thing that binds people together, and without it, there is no longer a connection.   If you don't have that, then you don't have a relationship.  You have nothing.
