Dear Administration,

You have to realize you will lose most of your customer base if you insist on charging outrageous fees so that your clients can have clean looking web pages that incorporate your digests. I currently use 20 of your digests at http://www.lastdayreport.com and there is no way I will pay $50 for logo removal or $50 per digest for support, or whatever very expensive fee structures you offer. But, I could see myself paying $5 per digest without the logo, and better customer service support.

It comes down to this. Overnight you have ruined the look of my website and only offer a very expensive option to correct this. I'm very upset as you have me hostage. I have never in my life seen a company incorporate such an outrageous fee structure with no reasonable pricing options for a workaround. Unfortunately you have caught all of us by surprise. So, at this time looking for other options and will be leaving Feed Informer as soon as I have it figured out.

Thanks, Frank

$50 per feed is just too much and completely out of touch with the market out there.
I have many feeds in my pages for a not-for-profit organisation. The pages now look ugly and we could not dream of paying such fees.

For more than a year I have used this service free of charge--although I tried to renew and pay for the services several times. You have been very generous all this time so, I find it hard to believe that you would now try to rip people off--I wonder whether you made a mistake.

Before (2-3 years ago) there was a fixed fee that covered for up to 10 feeds, another fee for more than 10 feeds and so on. That made a lot of sense--could you consider that format again? Also, I understand that free services could carry some type of logo--but this should not apply to a paid service.

So far I have enjoyed the service and I would much prefer to stay with it. Unfortunately, unless I have misunderstood what you are asking, I will have to find another option which is a pity.

As I mentioned in another thread, actually we plan to switch to free service model and take payments for support or, in some rare and unusual cases, for logo removal. Hence the new price for it.

If you look at my homepage you can see how I am using this service. I have 7 feeds on my home page to syndicate my network content.

You want me to pay $50 PER FEED? Are you crazy?

No, that's not going to happen. That is greedy and a poor business decision. You want people to have a paid acct and then on top of it pay extra for a bit of professionalism.

There are other services out there, I will be using them. If your fee was somewhat reasonable, I would consider paying. But it's not so you'll get a big fat $0 from me and I will be removing the feeds, so sorry, no free links for you.

Should this company decide to come back to their senses, I'll consider returning.

Oh, wait -- I do see the option in the new panel. It's not in the old panel, which is where I was looking. Now, there's another matter to take up, though, and that is the OUTRAGEOUS fee of $50 per digest you're seeking for logo removal. No, thank you -- I'll take my feeds and my business elsewhere.

You know, I've used this service since 2006. I was a paying customer, I used it on several sites, I recommended it to many, many people. That certainly won't be the case from now on.

That's fine, but then you *must* make the logo removal by payment possible. I see logos now, but no way to remove them, which makes me very, very unhappy. I'll pay -- just give me a way to do so!

Hello everyone,
Let me clarify the situation with our paid support and logo removal (which will be available soon) options.
1) Paid support account does not include logo removal. If you purchased paid account to remove the logo, we will refund your payment on your request, no further questions asked.
2) Paid logo removal option will actually remove our logo from your digests, it will be available on per digest basis from now on.
Yours,
Feed Informer team
