			<description><![CDATA[<p>Firefox is better at detecting character encoding than IE.</p>
<p>You need to use the meta tags supplied on the code page to make IE recognize the character encoding of the output OR (less ideally) change the output encoding of the digest to match that expected (but then that wouldn't guarantee everyone else would see it right).

			<description><![CDATA[<p>For some strange reason, quotes are often improperly interpreted in IE.<br />
Please look at the following embedded blog page in IE, then in FireFox:</p>

<p>It's fine in FireFox but NOT in IE. Does it have something to do with our hosting company, blueHost.com ? I do know they use the UNIX O/S.</p>
