My feeds aren't showing up either. Considering feed informer was down altogether for a few hours earlier today I'm guessing that this is all being worked on?

I paid for two years, happily. This is a service I considered valuable, used on multiple sites, regularly recommended to others. Then, in September, when I signed in to renew, there was a note on my account page that payments were temporarily suspended during the post-sale transition. Months have now gone by and the service has lately grown unreliable with feeds not updating or not appearing (mine have been missing for most of the day) and frequent errors on the site. There is almost no communication from the current owners/developers. All very frustrating, yet I'm still hoping service improves and I'm not forced to look elsewhere (change is such a hassle). I'd become a paying customer again if the system were ever unfrozen and it meant reliability and responsiveness.

The feed to one of my client's sites has been down all day (it's on the home page at JoeJanus.com). Also, I cannot sign in to my account and instead get an error message (Errno::ECONNREFUSED in LoginController#login).

I've seen mention of paid accounts here and there on your site. I'm sure my clients would be happy to pay if there were some way to do so and if it helped insure reliable service.
