The feeds I'm aggregating all have names with apostrophes in them, such as "Dan&@39;s blog", except that the @ is really a #. I'm using the javascript method of displaying the feeds, and the names of the blog show up as Dan's blog, which is an encoding of the apostrophe I imagine.

The recommended meta tag exists on the site:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

Is there anything else I can try?
