As a free user, you're probably looking at every 2 hours max right now. As a paying customer we can turn it down to as low as 15 minutes. However, this is partially dependent on the feeds involved (we don't want to get banned by Google, etc) and what you want to do :) Feel free to use the Contact Us form here and let me know more details about what you want to achieve.

How fast...in general, would the rss feeds update to my digest if I am a paying customer? I have tried all the free digests and rss aggregrators I can find but I still like feed digest the best.

If I pay for the service I would expect it to update fairly fast because for my particular application, speed would be important.

Thanks in advance for the reply...and the great free service I have enjoyed for over a year now.
