Is there a way to add an image to a post without using the DESCRIPTIONPLAIN tag? Whenever I try to use it, it screws up the formatting on my posts.

Ideally, I would love to have one image appear, if they exist within the post, on the left hand side of the description text and that formatting be uniform throughout the feed. Is this even possible with feed.informer?
