			<description><![CDATA[<p>You have to tell it to open it in a new tab/window inside the html. On your "digest design" tab that you see when you are managing your digests, you click on "html" and then you click on "edit template html manually". Under the "per item template" heading, any "href" or link that you have in there that you want to open up in a new window, you just put target="_blank" after it, inside the brackets that look like this: &#60;&#62;. So, an example would be like this: (start bracket) a href="%URL%" target="_blank" (end bracket)
