When I try adding a Digest Source of a Google RSS URL Feed.Informer gives me this message "You specified a Web page rather than a feed, and we couldn't find any feeds for that page." Is this related to the issue you're having?

This is the RSS URL I'm trying to load:
http://news.google.com/news?svnum=10&ned=us&aq=f&hl=en&scoring=n&q=%22Wisconsin+Department+of+Commerce%22&ie=UTF-8&output=rss

I'm able to load a similar URL from Yahoo, but the Google one is giving me the error message.

Any ideas?
