Hi there.

Long time free user, first time support. Quick word to say that I find this service superb.

I'm trying to pull in a secure feed from a twitter feed that has a userid and password on it, and I just can't get it updating through Feed Informer.

Since it is secure I don't want to start putting up all the details in this open forum, so happy to pass them on directly to support.

Suffice to say the userid is an email address and when entering into Feed Informer I'm using the format:

https://name%40domain.co.uk:password@twitter.com/statuses/friends_timeline/mytwitternumber.rss

Where everything in and including [] are replaced with the appropriate entries. Anything leap out?
