No matter how good a product is lack of customer support gives an indication that all is not right. It is a shame as I really felt this was a very good service formerly. Even if I can do so by the time my subscription expires, I am not sure I will renew unless there are some indications of change. I will add my name to those asking for any information for any other services of this type which would be more attentive to the needs of the customers.
