I can't find the answer to this question so sorry if it has been answered before.

My problem is that old posts deleted from my myspace blog:
http://blog.myspace.com/crimeface
are still visible in the page on my website powered by feed digest:
http://www.crimeface.net/blog.html

how can I get rid of these old posts that are making my layout confusing?
