			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p>
<p>The digest text includes odd characters when viewing in IE (but not Firefox).  I've followed the instructions on the inclusion code page and added &#60;meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /&#62; to the page's code in the header section and have the output encoding set to UTF-8, but the characters still appear (see: <a href="http://www.poly.edu/library/)" rel="nofollow">http://www.poly.edu/library/)</a>.   Please advise!
