If you want to remain semi-anonymous, just the first two groups of numbers will do. This will allow Feed Informer to check if they are blocking any particular IP blocks.

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Something strange is happening. Whenever I attempt to access feed.informer.com from my ISP at home, in this case Time Warner, feed.informer.com is always not accessible. Does anyone else have a similar problem? Likewise, of course, the feeds do not appear on my sites when I am at home. Conversely, I can access feed.informer.com from almost any other ISP (at work, at friends, through my cellphone). Is it possible that Time Warner is blocking feed.informer.com for some strange reason? Could it be a "port" issue? Please advise.
