			<description><![CDATA[<p>Could you please speed up my refresh rate for all my modules?  I have a news site at <a href="http://www.lastdayreport.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.lastdayreport.com</a> and need new posting to be reflected quickly.  For example today I updated new stories at noon (4 hours ago) and they have not as of yet been reflected from Feed Digest's feed.  If you need it GS7O8YMJB7 is one of the feed ID's.
