1) Your local PHP doesn't allow remote includes. Try the CURL code instead from the same page.
2) You're in Israel or somewhere that has been blocked today due to overly high levels of traffic.

If you have any error messages, those would be useful.

I inserted the php inclusion code in a page of my website, which now stays in localhost, and I can't get no feed. I inserted the same php code on my online website and I can get the feed. How is it possible?
