If you reposted it as a brand new item then it should work.

Alternatively, if the erroneous item was *deleted* then edit your digest and tick the "Show only live items" box, which would then show the last actually present item.

Alternatively further, temporarily remove the erroneous feed from the digest so that the old top item is restored.

A colleague mistakenly posted something that replaced the feed content I need on my home page (http://www.poly.edu/library/). I reposted the correct story so it would reappear on the home page over 5 hours ago, but nothing has changed. Normally a long delay wouldn't be problematic, but we are conducting an online survey and the survey content needs to be on the home page asap.
