we are checking with IE 9 (9,0,8112,16421) and latest Adobe Flash (11,2,202,235). It is working properly. It may not work if earlier version of Adobe Flash is installed. Please check it here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/.

In case it doesn't solve the problem, please be so kind to provide us with a full information about versions of IE and Adobe Flash you have on your PC.
