Yes the download was part of my receipt! In my receipt is says:
Download Information - You have 14 days to download before the links expire
The product may be downloaded from: Click here

I downloaded the .exe but I did not run it on my computer since I did not think that it was correct.

I will check back on Monday for the manual removal.

As for ccwinst.exe, you do not have to run any files for sure. Could you please advise if the link was sent in your payment confirmation letter from RegNow?

I paid for the logo removal and then there was a link to download the ccwinst.exe. Am I to run the .exe on my computer to remove the logo? This does not make sense to me.
Please let me know what I need to do to have the logo removed.
