In theory. I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Search engines don't index pictures usually (except for their image search engines, such as Google Images). They can't index text within pictures, etc, of course.

Do Items in Picture feeds get picked up by search engine spiders

If you're using JavaScript or PHP inclusion code, no, it will query us and we will update any digest that is being actively used. Update times vary a lot depending on account level, settings in our database for the constituent feeds, etc, but can vary anywhere between 15 minutes to several hours.

I find myself having to copy and paste inclusion code and republish, along with reloading numerous times, to get my feeds updated. Is this the norm?
