			<description><![CDATA[<p>In theory. I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Search engines don't index pictures usually (except for their image search engines, such as Google Images). They can't index text within pictures, etc, of course.

Update times vary a lot depending on account level, settings in our database for the constituent feeds, etc, but can vary anywhere between 15 minutes to several hours.
