Remember that digest requests trigger updates, so in test situations, etc, there will be no major improvement.

However, all feeds have a default time of 2 hours, and this can be turned down on a manual basis by us when you get in touch with us. The reason for this is to prevent getting blocked by providers.

The breakdown of differences is on the upgrade page. The only thing that isn't really covered there is that the logo isn't on paying customers' digests, whereas the logo is now on all free digests.

I'm on a paid (Basic) account, and it still take a LONG time to update. There doesn't seem to be a breakdown of the differences between account types and what that means beyond the number of digests and feeds you get. Shouldn't it be somewhat faster with a paid account, or are they all this slow?

With the free version it can take a few hours to update. Unfortunately this is just a restriction of that level.

However, you *can* have multiple digests and they can have multiple sources on each of them :)

Also, you can totally change the template, even on the free version, by editing your digest in the control panel then either choosting a new template or clicking the link to manually edit the HTML for your current template.. allowing you to remove links, etc.
