usually it happens very rarely and does not depend on you. Sometimes it just takes more time (up to several minutes) to fetch latest items to your feed.

Thank you for your reply. We have just looked at the pages in question and it seems they are now working as they should without the message as initially displayed.

May I please ask why this would happen so that we may stop this from occurring again.. This isn't the first time this has happened and because we haven't been the only one with this inquiry I'm thinking there may be something we need to look at to fix it. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated

we see no problems with your digests on our side. If you still experience difficulties, please point out the ID of the digest and URL the web page.

We are experiencing the same problems as mentioned by "fhl_feed". We've set up feeds that initially appeared and are now temper-mental in that they display the following:

"Feed Informer is fetching feeds for the digest. Please wait. This digest is powered by Feed Informer."

Only three of the twelve we have set up are still working????????

This is the last thing we would want our viewers to see so am hoping you are able to help solve this issue.
