Thanks for the links. Unfortunately I'm getting a 404 error page not found for the top link. The bottom link works, though, and it definitely clears up some questions I had regarding rss feeds.

yeah guys I think they need a video tutorial like camtasia of some sort. The idea is awesome if you understand what RSS feeds are. Newbies would struggle with understanding this concept and what the benefits are so I think a video may help with that. But having said that I'm very impressed with it and I'm looking to roll the free digests on my niche sites and then look at the premium version if I'm happy with it.
