			<description><![CDATA[<p>That is generally an issue we expect users to resolve in regards to particular feeds they use. Since different providers have different requirements (some restrictive, some very liberal), it is the user's responsibility to be aware of how the content provider would like people to use their feeds.</p>
<p>In general, however, most digests would tend to come under "fair use" in the US, and in other cases any potential infringement is so small and insignificant that nothing ever happens. We have only had one single copyright incident, for example.</p>
<p>We do, however, allow content providers the right to block us, or to get in touch with us and ask us to stop users from using their feeds. Again, this has only happened once.
