Seems to be a refresh issue. When I exit the service and log back in it does show the Max Item change.

Hi! --- Great little service you have here. We are testing it now to use in a site and are not able to limit the number of items within a digest. It defaulted 10 but when we changed the value to 4 and saved then republished we still get 10 items.
