The characters don't show properly. The correct meta tag for foreign languages is in my header (unchanged from before).
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

Also, when I use the option to look at the feed from FI on "Display in a Pop-up Window", it also shows up like ±‰å­—的写法 （我认为提笔忘字不好， ..

So I think the problem is starting with FI, like after the New Years maintenance, code to show foreign languages properly was forgotten.
