We don't have plans to do it. The main reason behind this is to keep Feed Informer not overly complicated, otherwise the learning curve becomes too steep for a webmaster without a computer science degree.
Also, usually we don't add features that has no clear benefits for the majority of our customers.

Regarding 7W7MLI1KZ9, please check your filter condition, it seems you have a wrong order of quotes and spaces.

Slightly perplexed... your RSS feed is different to what is displayed in your Widget.

Is RSS just most recent input without filters?
As it contains items that I do not need

Interestingly the keywords -"Irish Times" seemed to be ignored too. What is strange is the filter sometimes works and in other cases it does not

The vertical bar ( | ) is not a searchable character, along with other punctuation marks. Filter conditions like that are considered empty and simply ignored.

Page refresh may not work as you expected since Feed Informer UI is a web application built with Backbone.js, as opposed to a generic website.

Generally speaking, the filters work the same way as a basic search engine. When the contents of a feed is stored in our database it's also gets indexed, and Feed Informer uses these database indexes later to search for terms when filter conditions are applied.

For instance I insert -" | " and the RSS title with this information stays in the feed. This is after ticking live only. Using function key 5 to refresh does work neither. For the future a filter on the URL would be useful. Meanwhile I need to understand how your filter works.
