We'll consider adding it, but it's not something that can be done overnight.

Please consider using filters not just for keywords, but for key phrases, to refine your filter criteria. To do that, put your key phrases between quotation marks and separate them by spaces.

I have filtering keywords that are relevant if they're in a title, but useless and common if they're in the body of the article.

If it isn't yet possible, I'd post this as a (crucial) feature request. Without it, I'll have to find an alternative.
