Every time we try to retrieve the feed from our IP addresses, the connection gets timed out, while the same feed is accessible from other IPs.
I would suggest you a workaround: republish that feed via Google Feedburner (http://feedburner.google.com), then submit the republished feeds to Feed Informer.
